Health plays a important role in the human life.A good health is very necessary for a good lifestyle. Eating nutrition foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals is essential for good health. Regular phhysical activity is an important part of maintaining a good health.regular check-ups are important for early diagnosis and treatment of health problems.A bad health can invite lots of physical,social and mental illeness to A person. Maintaining a good health should be on the priority of daily routine.bad additions like smoking and drinking can greatly cause heart disease, and other health problems health is something that we can’t buy with money, we have to work on it continuously. The pillars of Good Health Nutrition:Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits vegetables whole grains lean proteans and healthy fats Exercise: moving your muscles produces endorphins and a chemical called serotonin.
