  1. STAR Status as of midnight Monday February 25, 2008. We’ve been “tweaking” the trigger setups to increase the fraction of the delivered luminosity that we sample. Exact monitoring of sampled luminosity is also currently evolving. Rough estimate at this point is that we sample ~ 30 to 40 nb-1/hour of production running. About 10 days left in the pp run. We are also continuing to work on the overall STAR operations efficiency. This process never stops.
