  7. Statewide Collaboration • $133 million State Energy Program (SEP) & ARRA • $116 million from Investor Owned Utility (IOU) • $30 million for Retrofit Ramp-up (ARRA) • $13 million from Workforce Investment Act (WIA) • Significant funds from local governments EECBG and WIA funds

  9. Program Status October 2010 • PG&E pilot phase • Rebates available now • $1,000 for Basic Package • Up to $3,500 for Advanced Package • Program implementer is CBPCA (may change)
