Leviticus is the book of laws which springs directly out of God’s covenant with his people at Sinai.

  • The emphasis on the sinfulness of humans and our estrangement from God.
  • The redemptive ministry of Christ and how we are restored with God.
  • The body of civil laws from a theocracy (God-ruled) nation that provided a foundation for civil law today.
