Faculty Advisor Responsibilities • Share Ideas • Be Accessible • Communicate Often and Openly • Assist in Recruiting Chapter Officers • Advise the Chapter, Do Not Command It • Be Involved in Chapter Meetings and Events • Provide Continuity to the Chapter Over Time • Manage Dealings with Other Faculty and Departments
