Defining confidential data/information - Marie Greenberg (DMV), Pat Paquette (DHP) & Mike Garner (Tax) • III. Encryption - Steve Werby (DOC), Michael McDaniel (VDS) & John Palese (DSS) • IV. Small Agency Outreach - Rob Jenkins (DJJ), Aaron Mathes (OAG) & Goran Gustavsson (APA)

  3. IT Security Policies & Standards Logical Access Control, Data Protection & IT Contingency Management Guidelines are finalized & posted. Threat Management is being finalized and will be posted shortly.

  4. IT Security Policies & Standards ON ORCA soon: 1 new Standard in response to SB 1004 “Use of Non-Commonwealth Owned Computing Devices to Telecommute” IT Security Policy & Standard are being revised. Date Breach Notification Requirement is the most major change.
