  2. TFA SQUADS • TFA (The Football Academy) was created by head coach Ali El Jishi in January 2016. The idea of coaching the talented players in the UAE to take the next step on the ladder to the highest level of soccer possible. We believe every player has his own footballing DNA. • These are formed by many factors psychological, physical and even cultural. We like to identify and nurture each players playing style and improve it. • What we do as coaches is remove the bad habits of each player while encouraging the natural playing technique therefore improving every player individually but allowing them to play within their natural style.

  3. TFA Football SCHOOL COACHING • TFA’s approach to football is educational. We believe that sports, including football, should be taught to children at a very young age. • Acquiring basic football skillshelps children develop a range of motor and coordination skills alongside social and emotional aptitudes. • Using soccer themed games and well-structured fun activities little players are taught the Fundamentals of football - or how to dribble, shoot, pass, recover the ball and head it. • We provide in-school training sessions and after school activities for children from the age of 4 to 12 years.

  4. JUNIOR FOOTBALL • TFA’s approach to football is educational. We believe that sports including football should be taught to children at a very young age. • Acquiring basic football skills helps children develop a range of motor and coordination skills alongside social and emotional aptitudes. • Using soccer themed games and well-structured fun activities little players are taught the Fundamentals of football or how to dribble, shoot, pass, recover the ball and head.

  5. GAMECENTER • TVAS (TFA Video Analysis service, where all matches will be filmed and personal video highlights produced for those players who wish to have it. (This is a must for the players as all scouts and agents request video analysis).

  6. OUR MISSION • The Football Academy was formed to provide the opportunities for youth elite soccer players to train and compete in Dubai and internationally. Our mission is to develop soccer skills, as well as maintain an environment that embodies the core values of integrity, leadership, perseverance, respect and teamwork while enhancing self-esteem, promoting self-confidence and cultivating a life long passion for the beautiful game of soccer. • While our teams strive to compete at the highest levels of competition, TFA is fully committed to player development. We believe that a commitment to player development establishes a solid technical and mental foundation for which to continue building upon at TFA and beyond. • We intend to accomplish the mission with experienced coaching staff that represent the most effective and comprehensive club soccer program in Dubai.
