  4. Hāora / Oxygen Boiling tube Sink the tube in the container

  5. Hāora / Oxygen Stand the tube up while it is still full of water

  6. Hāora / Oxygen Get another boiling tube

  7. Hāora / Oxygen Half fill with Hydrogen Peroxide. Caution: safety glasses needed

  8. Hāora / Oxygen Bring the bung and delivery hose close

  9. Hāora / Oxygen Then remove the spatula and put in the bung - quickly Put a pinch of Manganese Dioxide in (from a spatula)

  10. Hāora / Oxygen Wait while the gas bubbles push the water out of the first boiling tube

  11. Hāora / Oxygen When the water is gone…

  12. Hāora / Oxygen …Remove the bung and delivery hose …and the boiling tube with the reactants

  13. Hāora / Oxygen Put a cork in and put the boiling tube of gas to one side so you can use it later

  15. Hāora / Oxygen This tube has Oxygen gas in it and it is now ready to be tested. Turn it up the right way and leave to one side so it can be tested.#
