  10. «PMSC» LLC Modernized dredging pump 28ГрТ 13000/85 МШ ПГМК In 2010 the enterprise began the production of modernized dredging pumps 28 ГрТ, for solving the following problems: 1) Increase of essential technical characteristics of a dredging pump: • productivityis at least 12 000 m3/hour; • nappe Н is at least 85 m. Increase of essentialcharacteristics of a dredging pump is determined with: loss enhancement, reduction of inner water migration, increase ofworking wheel diameter, change of other details of flow part, working shaft intensification, other «know how». 2) Additionaladvantages: • modernized dredging pump is adapted to electric motorN=3200 kW, 375 rev/min. It stands to mention that it is necessary to modernize the system of control under the dredging pump electric motors – to setspeed frequency regulation, this will lead to advantageous wake-up mode of a dredging pump and toenergy saving; • Duty offlushingwaterfor hydraulic sealing is at least 100 m3/hour; • Allowable pressure in thebodyof a dredging pump is less than 1,8 MPa. The modernized dredging pump passed the testson one of the mining processing plantsof the Republic of Kazakhstan, there are technical conclusions that can prove new characteristics of the dredging pump.
