Our team conducted surveys, interviews, flyers distribution, and direct selling campaigns targeting students and parents. We learned valuable lessons, including the importance of turning feedback into actions and using failures as learning experiences. Next steps include engaging with parents on summer visit days, setting up booths on freshman move-in day, and collaborating with Vermeer and Pella Corp during the summer.
