This study investigates the expression of CD44 variants in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC) tissues, focusing on the correlation between CD44(-) and CD44(+) cells. Utilizing immunofluorescence techniques, we analyze the localization of stem cell markers Oct4 and Sox2 in relation to CD44 expression. The results, presented in Fig. S3, contribute to understanding the stemness characteristics in HNSC and their potential implications for targeted therapies.
