We Actually Believe The Bible Is Revelation From God • 1 Thessalonians 2:13 For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe.

  3. We Actually Believe The Bible Is Revelation From God • 2 Peter 1:21 • for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

  4. We Actually Believe The Bible Is Revelation From God • Galatians 1:11-12 • But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. 12 For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ.

We Believe We Are Under The Authority Of The New Testament Alone • Hebrews 8:6-13 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises. 7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second……13 In that He says, "A new covenant," He has made the first obsolete. The Results Of This Belief • Psalm 150:3-6 Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! 4 Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! 5 Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals! 6 Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD!

The Results Of This Belief • Matthew 19:8-9 He said to them, "Moses, because of the hardness of your hearts, permitted you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. 9 And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery."
