  14. MODEL 2 : PURCHASE CONTRACT and LEASE AGREEMENT • Model 2. Purchase contract in combination with Lease Agreement is actually your business investment step. If you choose this purchase model you sign a purchase contract for your apartment and you are also obliged to lease apartment to the Hotel Blanca Resort & Spa. • Choosing this option, you will get your investment return (turnover per year) according to presentation on Slide 13 and it depends of how many weeks per year you use your apartment for your accommodation. Evaluation has been made upon 3 weeks as usual accommodation per year and additional 2 weeks maximum what than reflect to your turnover. • Detailed calculation find on Slides 16-32. • There is no monthly fee for utilities expenses, cleaning the apartment and daily property management costs.
