THREE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS TO ASKWHEN BOTH TEAMS COMMIT LIVE-BALL FOULS IF NO  OFFSET (no options, replay down) IF YES  Try or extra period possession series is over (if applicable). Otherwise go to Question 3
