e-OPF is a system for managing electronic Official Personnel Folders, providing 24-hour access for HR and employees, notifications for updates, and secure transfer between agencies. Why We Are Implementing • President’s Management Agenda • OMB has directed • OPM has put agencies on notice that by 2010 all agencies must have implemented • e-OPF is the solution selected by OPM for all Federal agencies
Where We Are Now • Started about 2 years ago • January 8, 2006, REE SF-50s received electronically in e-OPF • March 06 – ARS HR went live • August 06 – Scanning began • December 06 - Scanning completed • Currently verifying scanned data REE was the first in USDA to go live!
