They are known for their skills and creativity. A normal Barista job is for 6-8 hours where you would have to get up early in the morning to prepare things for your customers. Being a Tea Barista is not just about making and serving tea, rather you will have to perform different sets of tasks such as:  Greeting customers  Taking their orders  Cleaning the working area  Preparing different beverages  Grinding the beans or leaves  Maintaining stock  Answering the customers, and many more. Before beginning with the training part, you would have to work hard on improving your communication skills. You must be attentive, a team player, friendly, able to perform multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.
