200,000 IU of oily preparation of Vitamin A (retinol palmitate 110mg) orally every 6 months for every preschool child above 1 year
half the amount in < than 1 year children
4. Prophylaxis Against Nutritional Anaemia a. Iron and folic acid to pregnant women, and children between 1 and 12 years of age
Mothers : 60 mg Fe & 0.5mg folic acid Children : 20mg Fe & 0.1 mg folic acid
