THE GENERAL AIMS • To achieve mutual trust and easy channels for exchanging information and relevant data at the inspection proceedings. • To collect the necessary knowledge for establishing the basis upon which mutual assistance and cross border enforcement between the Member States is feasible. • To provide guidance for the Commission.

  9. THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES • Enhancement of the exchange of information system between Labour Inspectorates • Increase of cross border enforcement cooperation • Raising legal and organizational proposals
