PARS Process Notice of Study Published on November 8th, 2010: Federal Register Public Comment Period (ends Sep 6th) Port Access Route Study (Vessel Traffic, Marine Environmental, AtoN Considerations, stakeholders) Recommendation Published in the Federal Register Second Public Comment Period (4 months) US Interagency Group (Departments of State, Defense, and Commerce…) Joint US-Russia Proposal Negotiations International Maritime Organization (NAV subcommittee meets annually in July and the Marine Safety Committee meets in the spring and fall in even years and only in the spring in odd years.)
