Responsibilities of Host Chapter • Suggest hotel – double beds, distance from campus, accommodations • Menu – Friday dinner, Saturday lunch • Book rooms on campus • Get volunteers to work hotel check-in • Set up welcome packets – schedule, campus map, “things to do”, pens • Tours – campus, industry, fun • Communicate with DD’s
