Central Dogma of Biology • DNA is transcibed to make mRNA which is translated to make a protein
Transcription • RNA Polymerase copies the template strand of DNA, and converts it into mRNA, • The Thymine in DNA is replaced by Uracil in mRNA
Translation • Translation occurs in the process of the elongation cycle • tRNA copies mRNA to create an amino acid chain
