  2. Each player must be given equal amount of encouragement and support by the fans in order that he is motivated and backed by the fans to always perform. May the player be an International or just a rookie he will have to be backed very well by we the fans. Through his rosy times as well as his torrid times it is us who must give him the full strength and support!

My small contribution is this website that i had created purely out of my support n craze for Robin Uthappa . it is http://www.robbie99.weebly.com/. please go and check it out it has in and out about the KING of SIXES! • He is one man who has had his tough times as well as his sweet times.. If fans back him more he will be one of the most dreaded batsmen in the world

  4. Another factor that comes into play under Player Motivation is that no playrer must be ridiculed or snubbed just because we lost a match clearly because of him. As ever one has his/her bad day and so does the player. It is at this time that the player must be be showered upon with enormous support so that in the next game he is the MATCH winner!!

  5. When the team is going to play outside home they need to be made to feel at home! This can be done only by we the fans from India. We must make vedios of the fans ,their support for them ,anthems n slogans to show that even though they may not be playing at home they still are very close to our hearts.

  6. A team song which is highly inspirational can get any player up to perform at his best!! The whole of the RCB community must be brought together and from their auditons could be held to select a band who will compose the most Inspirational sports song in the HISTORY of sports!!!

  7. Last but not the least every player must have a video got of his best performances which he can view before match!!(eg Rahul dravid of his wonderful knock against RR in the DLF IPL-2 match no2. (uthappa’s blaze against CSK in banglore in IPL-3). The players when they view their such vedio will get insipired and give their best shot every match thus making the ROYAL CHALLENGERS OF BANGLORE the most CHALLENGING team to FACE anytime!!

  8. I thus hope that all the above points mentioned will come of Utmosst use in the upcoming RCB annual fan meet. Hope to seeing everyone there and have a very cordial and amazing discussion which will inturn give us a final conclusion on how we can put up a great fan base to support team to the FULLEST!! • Vignesh .Sridhar
