Power segment Scientific approach Voluntary initiatives educational platforms • Cooperation with NGOs to create platforms for environmental education and promote a responsible attitude towards nature • Project 360 - Major nationwide environmental volunteering event • Started in 2011 with 100 volunteers cleaning the shores of Baikal • 2018 – 16,500 volunteers collecting more than 400 tonnes of garbage at 328 locations around Baikal • Joint scientific research into fluctuations in the water level of Baikal • Environmental monitoring in partnership with relevant scientific organizations and local environmental groups to inform plans for long-term research • Creation of a corporate center for research into sustainable development • Established the School of Environmental Entrepreneurship – 700 students, 267 ecological business ideas, 45 real projects En+ Group is focused on a comprehensive multi-stakeholder approach to the conservation of Baikal
