How Does It Work? • Students Register online • Students register at www.gotocollegefairs.com • Student registration page collects more information than typical info cards at the table, students enter information only one time. • Students Print Admittance Pass with Barcode • Students carry barcoded admittance pass to the fair to be scanned by colleges / universities of interest. • Colleges / Universities Capture Student Data • Colleges / Universities receive a key fob sized scanner to capture student registration information. • Admissions reps have full discretion of whom they scan

Admissions Reps Capture Student Registration Data Colleges / Universities Receive a Handheld Scanner to Capture Information • Scanners offer upload capability to turn around leads quickly • All scanners are shipped with a USB cable and upload software • Upload process takes about 30 seconds • Scanner pricing simplified for 2012 • 1-3 Scanners $75 each • 4-7 Scanners $60 each • 8 or more Scanners $50 each • All leads $0.10 per lead, 500 minimum • Unlimited leads $1200

Receiving the student information • Colleges / Universities Receive The Student Information in Electronic Format • Arrives within 2-3 business days of return shipment or upload • Colleges / Universities are emailed a web link with a secure username and password to download their student records. • Information comes in two easy to use file formats (.xls & .csv)
