Introducing letters Teaching children about letters that later turn into words is a challenge. It takes a lot of hard work in and out of the classroom. And with this simple lesson parents can help their children as well. Here are some suggestions: • When teaching a child about the alphabet be creative • Teach each letter in a fun and interactive way. • Make sure to focus on what the child likes • Use crafts and manipulatives • Find songs that relate to the ABC’S
