Updates on LaLaLAN International I2 Exchange in Los Angeles: Deployment and Pricing Information

  5. Deployment • Two LaLaPOPs ready, pending riser cable (11/6) • 10GE uplink cards not available, will light at 1GE pending availability • Targeting 11/15 for operational at first two sites • Third LaLaPOP (624 S. Grand) pending agreement with colo provider, resolution expected soon

  6. Pricing • $400/month for 1GE connection • $1200/month for 10GE connection (1 year commitment req’d) • CENIC will pass along cross-connect charges • CENIC can not provide colo but will facilitate introductions with colo providers
