Main Achievements During 2012, the Ipsos Training Center (ITC) reached the following main achievements: • Former Synovate employees were welcomed to our e-learning platform without any major issues reported: • A 56% growth in employee accounts • A 133% growth in course registrations • Update of the contents of the products’ training courses to match the new Ipsos’ offer: • 49 new products’ courses (mainly Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, IOTX and Social Spaces driven) • Running the Marketing School in 7 different locations and significantly increasing the number of attendees being certified • Hosting 211 webinars for the different WSBLs to shorten the transition process and help all employees get familiar with the new products and methodologies and to know who is who in this Better Ipsos • Developing a PROGRAM feature in the ITC campus enabling the grouping of courses and case studies under a common umbrella and defining which are mandatory and which are optional • Improving our management and softskills training offer by launching 11 new titles, 4 of which in refer to Project Management • Created a Learning & Development Board within Ipsos, made up of 7 L&D people from different regions and countries We were able to manage this growth without increasing our ITC staff

  4. Employees’ e-Campus usage • The e-Campus is currently being used in 78 countries out of the 85 in which Ipsos operates. • Seven countries are not currently using the Campus: • Albania • Algeria • Ivory Coast • Kazakhastan • Kosovo • Montenegro • Qatar

Next Year’s Challenges • Launch ASI Newcomers training program, reflecting the new ASI Portfolio (including case studies as additional training methodologies) • Launch Loyalty Legion training program • Update the contents of our products’ training courses to accompany Ipsos’s offer • Evaluate the feasibility of turning the platform into a social environment with incremental interaction • Complete the Process Training Program • Complete the Social Spaces Training Offer • Improve Clients offer through the ITC • Increase the Management & Softskills training offer in the ITC • Develop the initial layers of The Better Leaders Academy • Communicate the L&D Philosophy and ensure this becomes part of the Ipsosculture • Develop and implement the CEO’s School (f2f training)
