  4. Conclusions • Mechanism of the establishment: – the horizontal advection of moist static energy –local SST anomalies • Eastward movement: – winter monsoon flow coupled with atmo. T ́ induced by ENSO – mean q and T coupled with wind anomalies over the WNP
