Proposed Common Interest Groups ’07 • Relationship between objective quality versus customers’ satisfaction / Key figures (in cooperation with University of Karlstad / SAMOT) • Fighting graffiti & other damaging • Traffic information when problems occur. • Strategic planning, in cooperation with the Nordic Network for Strategic Planning • Data collection from electronic ticketing & CRM • Traffic management – ways of obtaining punctuality (incl. crowding).
