Language Access Services for Ryan White Eligible Clients

Providers can request interpretation and translation services for clients eligible under the Ryan White Program by calling 800-752-6096. Interpretation appointments can be scheduled by calling 612-348-9069. Translation services can be coordinated by calling 612-348-9069 and submitting Exhibit A by the 5th of the following month. Contact Thuan Tran for approval to use RW funds for document translation.

  1. Accessing Interpretation & Translation Services for Ryan White Eligible Clients = Provider Action Telephonic. Call 800-752-6096. Inform vendor of RW Program and Dept. ID #509123. = HC Action Identify interpretation need of RW eligible client. Telephonic or Face-to-Face Face-to-Face. Call 612-348-9069 to schedule interpreter for appointment. Provide HC staff with client CAREWare URN. Request specific interpreter if desired by client. HC will schedule the interpretation appointment. Provide vendor with client URN. Fill out Exhibit A and send to Thuan Tran by the 5th of the following month. Call 612-348-9069. HC will coordinate translation services. Send a copy of all documents translated by contracted vendors to Thuan Tran Yes Identify translation need for Ryan White eligible clients. Contact Thuan Tran for approval to have document translated with RW funds. Document Approved for Translation? Service Completed. No.
