  8. IVC Student Support Centers • FY99 - $629,000 • 50 cents out of every $1.00 – created 15 Student Support Centers • FY00 - $1 Million • 60 cents out of every $1.00 – expanded to 40 Student Support Centers • $125,000 special initiative grants – content to address student readiness & retention
