Types of Authority权威的分类 • Delegated Authority 授予的权力 Prescribed by place in organisation – easy to abuse therefore de-motivate 由组织内的位置所决定-容易滥用,从而起到消极作用 • Personal Authority个人威信 Earned through consistent behaviour towards other people – takes time but repays handsomely 通过连贯一致的待人方式而赢得——需要花费时间,但有优厚的回报
