Our mission is to explore mountains by climbing, with values of respect for nature and safety. Through initiatives like purchasing top equipment and measuring climbing rates, we aim to reach our objectives of summiting key routes efficiently. Adhering to our strategy of climbing the north face in a day, we will implement changes and foster growth in our quest to achieve the ultimate vision of reaching the summit before dark. This strategic plan creates a roadmap for fulfilling our mission through the Balanced Scorecard approach.
