  2. 18eighteen Corduroy found number eighteen in my room. Eighteen is one group of ten and eight ones.

  3. 16 - sixteen Corduroy found the number sixteen on my desk. My mom made the big number with smaller magnet numbers.

  4. 18eighteen Corduroy found the number eighteen somewhere in my room. This is my board where I learn to write numbers and spell number words.

  5. 12 - twelve Corduroy found the number twelve in my room. It was written on a piece of paper. My mommy did this.

  6. 15 - fifteen Corduroy found the number fifteen on my refrigerator. My mommy did this too. My mommy did all of these photos. I helped.

  7. 20 - twenty Corduroy found the number twenty by my keyboard. There are twenty pencils in the box.

  8. 14 - fourteen Corduroy found the number fourteen in my room on my computer desk. This is my flashcards to help me learn my numbers.

  9. My Refection I helped Corduroy. Corduroy liked finding numbers. They were all over my house. My mommy took the pictures. Numbers are important because if you didn’t have numbers you wouldn’t be able to spell number words, or count, or get a snack at school (because it costs money).

  10. Statement of Purpose • I CHOSE CCSS STANDARD: CC.K.NBT.1 Work with numbers 11+ to gain foundations for place value. Understand that these numbers are composed of tens and ones. Domain: NBT: Number Operations in Base Ten: Relating numbers to our world. • AND ASKED MY STUDENT(S) TO CREATIVELY DEMONSTRATE THEIR UNDERSTANDING BY creating a PowerPoint or book about their math adventures with Corduroy. • TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTION: What numbers can Corduroy find in our world?
