  3. Accessible information People have told us they want to be healthy. But they need more accessible information. SCLD has worked with NHS 24 to create an Easy Info zone.

  4. Easy Info Zone Working group made up of 5 people with learning disabilities and 2 carers. Group decided what health topics to look for.

  5. Group decided what the Easy Info Zone should look like. Group evaluated all the resources that were found by SCLD.

  6. Jobs Supported employment works – this is being demonstrated by Project SEARCH Scotland Michelle McHugh graduated from Project SEARCH at Wishaw General in 2008 and now works for NHS Lanarkshire

  7. Safe from harm SCLD trainers helped to show people how to change the story about risk and harm. Their play shows people what you can do to stay safe from harm.

  8. Leadership SCLD will provide evidence and offer alternatives to keep people connected and included. We’re up for it – are you?
