Objectives Objectives of the SIG • to develop an effective EER community in the UK • the identification of the research community players • to identify areas of research interest / priority for colleagues and policy makers to reflect on and respond to • to identify funding opportunities and promote collaboration • to have a web presence supported by an effective communication strategy • to develop an approach to publication and conferences to help raise the community profile • to identify areas where support would be helpful e.g. EER workshops and materials • to consider international opportunities – feeding into SEFI, ASEE, A2E2, REEN and other regional bodies • Promotion of rigorous Engineering Education Research
