GGUS Ticket review

On September 1, 2011, a service coordination meeting was held to review GGUS tickets related to LHC experiments. The meeting concluded that there were no issues impacting any LHC experiments. However, there were two tickets concerning VOMS that experienced very slow responses. Maria Dimou highlighted that ATLAS is facing challenges due to the VOMS upgrade and a critical issue with the VOMS Oracle middleman failure. These concerns were documented and are under review for prompt resolution to ensure smooth operations.
