FRAMEWORKC FOR SELECTING DATA CENTER

This project proposal outlines a comprehensive framework for determining the best locations to establish data centers in Africa and the Middle East. Led by Ahmed Alharthi and supported by experts including Dr. Edward Chow, Dr. Jia Rao, and Dr. Kristen Walcott-Justice, the proposal identifies critical factors such as power requirements, natural disaster risks, and workforce climate. It aims to gather and analyze regional data to facilitate informed decisions, ultimately providing two detailed reports and a program for effective data management.
