TX SET 2006 Accomplishments • Defined and Scheduled TX SET Version 3.0 for next TX SET Release, includes the following: • Mass Transition • Detailed Requirements and Market Guide Revisions were created • PRR , RMGRR, and SCR created or modified when and where needed. • Updated TX SET Implementation Guides for new Version Release • CSV.file created to communicate Customer Billing Information • New Terms and Conditions Requirements • New POLR Rule Requirements

  3. TX SET Accomplishments • Continued to update Protocols and Retail Market Guide when and where necessary. Examples: • Changes to the Retail Market Guide to reduce First Available Switch Date (FASD) to 3 Business Days, which was a short term solution until an automated resolution could be implemented with TX SET 3.0 • Another RMGRR created a process to Transfer ESI IDs from current POLR to new POLR effective 1/1/2007 in compliance with the new POLR Rule

TX SET Accomplishments • Assisted in creating an implementation schedule in conjunction with Market Coordination Team and TX Test Plan Team for TX SET Version 3.0, along with developing new Market Test scenarios • Working with ERCOT, TX SET developed a short-term solution for the Market issue of processing Large Volumes of 814_20 Create/Maintain/Retire ESI ID Transactions • Updated all TX SET Transaction Flow Pages, also known as Swimlanes, to include new automated POLR process

TX SET Accomplishments • Worked with RMS to improve Market Budgeting Process • Continue to maintain and update the Stacking documentation • Continue to be involved with all market participants providing assistance where needed • Continue to encourage all market participants to attend and participant in TX SET meetings and workshops

TX SET 2007 Goals • Analyze Issues as they are presented to TX SET to determine if there is a Market need for another TX SET Release based on Market issues • Evaluate upcoming Rulemakings and determine their Transactional and Market impacts to current processes: • Automated Meter Reading • Changes for Drop to AREP Processing • Future for TX SET 814_10 Drop to AREP Transaction • Performance Measures

  7. TX SET Goals • Evaluate 814_20 Short Term Large Volume processing solution to determine if additional changes are warranted long term • Continue to Update Protocols and Retail Market Guide when and where necessary • Continue to maintain and update the Stacking documentation

  8. TX SET Goals • Continue to be involved with all market participants providing assistance where needed • Always encourage all market participants to attend and participant in TX SET meetings and workshops
