PMC Services PMC Based on site supervision • The final 3D model is now installed at construction site which is used for day-to-day evaluation of the progress • Our experienced multi disciplinary team is deployed at the construction site to take care of actual progression of the model • This team independently imparts supervision of main contactor and sub contractors to achieve the targets as derived from the 4D and 5D model PMC Based on BIM • The available preliminary or final architectural, structural and MEP drawings are utilized to construct a data rich 3D model • This 3D model enables us to have 100 % accurate BOQs and clash free coordinated working drawings . • Depending on the status of the project we can further add 4D and 5D model to extract Time and Cost analysis of complete construction activities.
