  1. EuroPhysiome Project communication problem: Publication of simulation models Simulation model requires new type of publications! How insure and facilitate reproducibility of simulation model (like experimental sciences)?

  2. Advantages It is archivable, available in libraries. It is the scientific publication source. Drawbacks Theextent of 10-15 pages in a typical journal is often insufficient for detailed description of a model. Confusing typographic errors can appear in equations and published graphs Printed journal

  3. Advantages Unlimited extension is available to detailed description of the model. It allows an interactive discussion It is searchable by internet technologies (like Google Scholar etc.) Drawbacks It is volatile – there’s no guarantee that older issues are still available on the web. It is not available in libraries Therefore - it is not used as a primary scientific publication source. Webzine
