Potential Funding Issues • MoDOT is going through a re-estimation of costs • inflation increasing from 3% to 4% • projects realizing an increase of more than 4% from the FY 2006-2009 TIP will be adjusted not to exceed 4% • overall impacts on program are unclear at this time • Project awards v. construction estimates for July 2005 thru June 2006 • awards exceed estimates by an average of 10.6% • increases will be covered by FY 2008 revenues • overall impacts on program are unclear until 2008
