S – Seek support • Ask for a Mentor if one is not assigned to you • Ask a faculty member if you can visit their classroom • Be willing to learn from others – even your Students! • Utilize your Instructional Staff, Student Services Staff, Help Desk Staff • Obtain Instructor Resource CD’s for the courses you facilitate.
