  2. HRM Information Systems Implementation • HRMS/HCMS Implementation Projects require great care. The best software solution or custom software development project can fail if any facet of implementation (installation, customization, user training, deployment, etc) is not done properly.

HRM Information Systems Implementation-Project Team • HRMS/HCMS Implementation Project Teams are normally assembled to reflect to scope of the HRMS/HCMS software effort. • For example if a Benefits System is being installed; Benefits Specialists, IT Staff, Vendor Rep/Consultant, Benefit System Users, etc would likely be involved.
