These rumors spread so easily just to gain traction. But do not worry; here we are going to dispel some of the most prevalent myths about industrial ceiling fans for warehouses so you would not get trapped in them. Let’s Start Breaking Down the Fallacies: 1. Most often people have been seen saying that ceiling fans are of no use in winters. This is one of the most common misconceptions that we hear about ceiling fans no matter if it is used for industrial or residential purposes. People think that it is a foolish activity to turn on the ceiling fans in winter; however, the same is not true. Industrial ceiling fans for warehouses or a few residential ceiling fans have a reverse feature that simply refers to their movement on both sides i.e., clockwise and anti-clockwise. When you want to get a warmer feeling in the winter, you can set your ceiling fan to turn in a counterclockwise orientation. By turning it this way, it allows gushing more air and will keep rising the heat completely and give a warm feel. 2. Surprisingly, Many People Believe Ceiling Fans are used to Cool Down Rooms. Ceiling fans are used to create a similar effect as wind chill does. The wind chill is a phenomenon in which a perceived decrease in the temperature is noticed due to wind or air streams. Most often misunderstood, this function of ceiling fans is used to lower the temperature of the room despite providing a cooling effect to people. 3. Blocking or shutting down the Air Vents will help you Conserve Utility Bills. This is one of the most common myths that people often get trapped with. Closing the air vents will only result in damage to the system. More to the point, the heating and cooling system or say a ceiling fan does not know that the air vents are closed so over time after pushing the air it will slowly damage the system. Simply, in this way, you won’t be able to save on money. Final Words Well, there are more myths that people have regarding industrial ceiling fans for warehouses or household fans but we have jotted down some of the general misconceptions. Hope so, now you will not have any kinds of doubts related to the ceiling fans. industrialwarehouseceilingfans  0  0  0 Save as PDF Vote: 6 visits · 1 online
