  3. Our philosophy is to create a consistent, positive environment that fosters growth for each individual. Creating a simplified, consistent environment can only be accomplished through strategic planning, goal setting, motivation and passion. Our passion goes beyond just the game. Our core values are building and nurturing healthy relationships, honesty, integrity, and a fair environment that builds confidence, focus and respect. It is our belief that when we honor these core values, we can have athletic, academic and social success. We will provide clear goals for the team and each individual with an organized approach to reach each goal. Creativity when developing a practice plan, game plan or modifying a drill so it better suits a student athlete is a challenge we welcome and get excited about. Philosophy
