  9. We can cover the pool in order to place the art pieces on top of it. • The art pieces could be arranged around the pool on stands.

  14. Lighting, cushions and backrests are necessities to design coffee room.

What we have: • At garden: • A ping pong table • A wooden table (A little larger than ping pong table) • About 10 wood benches • Flower pots around pool (in order to ban some places not allowed to enter) • 4 (120*120cm) square wooden tables (Can be used for Raffle) • 2 smaller square wooden tables • 1 rectangular plastic table • 1 ellipse shape plastic table • At IBS: • Flag

What we need: • Cleaners before and after event • Caterer • Tall tables (x11 about) • Table cloth (at least for the tables the Bagh is lending us) • Ash trays/ With caterer? • Cushions for the coffee room seats or anything to cover the benches • Curtain/ Something to cover the little house right behind the pond. • Flowers (for coffee room and middle of each tall table) • Lighting for everywhere (Leila checked the time of sunset at this period and we will finally need it) + electrician (?) • Microphone • Speakers • Stage • Stand for stage • Photographer/ Cameraman • Art pieces stands • Iran flag?? • Auction hammer?
