Enhanced Cell Growth in Collagen Gel Environment: A Luminescence Study

Explore the impact of collagen concentration on cell growth using Luminescence (R.L.U.) measurement. Cells were cultured in 96-well dishes at varying densities and collagen concentrations over 7 days. CellTiter-Glo assay was used to measure cell viability. The study indicates the optimal collagen concentration for cell growth.
