  3. Utah 2030:State Agencies Preparefor an Aging Utah • Agency Work Plan: For each question, explain • Process and action steps your agency will take to address the question • Time frame for completing the action steps • Who should participate?

  4. Utah 2030:State Agencies Preparefor an Aging Utah • Brief Part I(a) • Consider how the increase in Utah’s aging population will affect your agency. How will the changing demographic affect your agency’s overarching policy issues, direction, program considerations, changing constituency needs, and management concerns?

  5. Utah 2030:State Agencies Preparefor an Aging Utah • Identify demographic trends • Who are your direct and indirect consumers/constituency? What changes or changes in emphasis do you foresee in how you serve your consumers/constituency? • Do you foresee major policies as changing or remaining the same over the next 10 years? • Consider whether programs, services, or responsibilities will change in the next 10 years. • How will the changes affect the way your agency manages its work?
