  7. Mandatory Paper Work Community Ed Must be completed before 1st practice • Payment in full • US Lacrosse Numbers need to be up to date • Concussion forms need to be signed • Waivers signed and turned in to • Signature Page of Disciplinary Rules

US Lacrosse Code of Conduct • Players, coaches, spectators and parents are to conduct themselves in a manner that “Honors the Game” and demonstrates respect to other players, coaches, officials and spectators. The essential elements in this “Code of Conduct” are HONESTY and INTEGRITY”. • “It is only through such conduct that our sport can earn and maintain a positive image and make its full contribution to youth sports in the United States and around the world.”

  10. Equipment/Uniform Full Equipment Practice/Games • Helmet • Shoulder Pads • Gloves • Arm/Elbow Pads • Cleats, no metal • Colored Mouth guard • Cup – Goalies are required • Stick • Pinnies at practice • Uniform at Games • Game Jersey • Navy Shorts • Socks – each coach has own rules on socks

US Lacrosse “U” system • U15 (born on or after 9/1/98): All players must be 14 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition. • U13 (born on or after 9/1/2000): All players must be 12 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition. • U11 (born on or after 9/1/2002): All players must be 10 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition. U9 (born on or after 9/1/2004):All players must be 8 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition.

  14. Practice Schedule New Location When: 1st Practice starts Monday, March 17 Where: Breconshire Park in Wales 529 Wakefield Downs, Wales 53183 U15, U13, U11 – Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 5:30-6:30 until it gets lighter then 5:30-7:30 rest of season U9 – Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
